New York State Hurricane Ida Housing Recovery & Reimbursement Program

Franklin provides Technical Assistance and Program Design and Implementation for four HUD CDBG-DR funded New York State Homes & Community Renewal programs to assist with the administration and implementation of the Hurricane Ida long-term recovery and resiliency programs.

These programs include the Ida Housing Recovery and Reimbursement (IHRR), Resilient Investments through Support and Capital (RISC), Renters Resilient Housing Initiative (RRHI), and Affordable Housing Resiliency Initiative (AHRI).Franklin currently provides Technical Assistance to subrecipients on the Ida Home Repair and Reimbursement program and has assisted in the development of the program policy manual, created Subrecipient SOPs, created materials and templates for Subrecipient use, and led Subrecipient trainings.
