New York State - Hurricane Ida Housing Recovery & Reimbursement Program

Franklin provides technical assistance to the State of New York and its subrecipients on the Ida Home Repair and Reimbursement program and assisted in the development of the program policy manual, subrecipient SOPs, materials and templates related to the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act (URA), Outreach and Intake, Case Management, and Closeout and Monitoring for grantee and subrecipient use, and led subrecipient trainings on URA and Outreach and Intake.
