State of Florida – Hurricane Sally Recovery Programs
Franklin provides technical assistance services to support the State of Florida’s CDBG-DR-funded recovery activities administered by city and county subrecipients.
The State of Florida received CDBG-DR funding for Hurricane Sally recovery activities. Franklin Associates was engaged in 2024 to further the development and operations of disaster recovery programs in five (5) impacted localities. Through policy reviews, creation of various program documents, regulatory reviews, site visits, and audit reviews, Franklin is supporting the development of 19 housing, economic development and infrastructure programs to predominantly benefit residents with low-moderate incomes.
Franklin also provided general CDBG-DR regulatory training to project partners and staff at the onset of this engagement.
