Franklin Associates was founded in 2005 in the wake of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita by lifelong Louisianian, Perry J. Franklin, who saw a need for superior program delivery enhanced by top-notch customer service in the fields of disaster recovery and community engagement. Franklin has supported 12 federally recognized disaster recovery efforts, facilitated more than 6,000 public meetings, and assisted more than 25 government agencies in projects worth over $15 billion in funding.
In the firm’s 20 years of service, Franklin has earned a solid reputation and a wealth of experience providing award-winning service to clients at the local, state, and federal level.
