Catherine Anthony serves as the Disaster Recovery Project Manager for Franklin Associates, providing support to disaster recovery work for local and state federally funded infrastructure and housing programs.
Most notably, Catherine has participated in response and recovery efforts following the costliest disasters in U.S. history, including but not limited to the Louisiana Road Home Program, the Louisiana Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, New Jersey Superstorm Sandy, Hurricane Irma, and Maria program, 6.4 Earthquake in Puerto Rico, Historic Flood 2016, Hurricane Laura, and Louisiana’s U.S. Treasury COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Program. Clients appreciate her forward-thinking thought processes that drives growth, scalability, and sustainability while generating innovative solutions to solve complex problems. Drawing on more than 17 years of management experience at world-class disaster recovery firms, Catherine’s knowledge, leadership, and assiduous drive to put people first has resulted in higher quality, lower costs and on-time delivery for critical program mandates spanning case management, damage assessments, quality assurance and quality control, document management, applicant intake and processing, business intelligence, reporting, data handling, systems management, and community outreach.
