Kyla C. Jones

Kyla is a prime example of how Franklin’s team breathes life into its motto of “Putting People First” within communities. Her ability to work with staff across the country to keep operations and the human resources functions flowing for the organization is critical to the firm’s success. Kyla’s decade of experience with the Franklin team includes direct project involvement and events management, as well as personnel recruitment and retention, and management of multiple staffing projects throughout the country. She is the firm’s proposal development point person as well. Kyla earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
