Jonathan Olivier

Jonathan Olivier joined Franklin Associates in 2023. He works with Franklin’s Advisory Services and Grants Management practices, focusing on generating well-crafted proposals for an array of projects, such as CDBG disaster recovery programs and public engagement initiatives. Prior to joining the team, he worked as a journalist for a decade, writing for national and international publications about culture, language, and the environment.

Jonathan, a native of Louisiana, earned a BA in journalism from Louisiana State University and an MA in French from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is an active member of Louisiana’s French-speaking community.
