Franklin Associates is seeking a motivated, talented individual to join our highly functional consulting firm based in Baton Rouge, LA. Over the past 17 years, we have supported state and local government clients throughout the United States to implement a wide range of programs including: disaster recovery, climate adaptation, public health, transportation, and land use planning. As our work expands, we are looking for a Project Manager-Urban Planner to develop short- and long-range plans and programs for the best use of available land space.
