Franklin Associates is looking for an organized, people-focused, professional to join The Executive Center team to plan, coordinate, and host events at “The EC” in Baton Rouge, LA. From meeting with prospective clients and marketing to hosting and scheduling events, this position ensures client satisfaction from planning to post-event!
Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as the Point of Contact for all Executive Center communications including clients, vendors, security personnel, etc.

Engage with clients to schedule tours, execute contracts, accept payment, and plan for events. Manage client interactions through post-event closeout.

Conduct venue tours, reach out to prospective clients, advise on social media engagement, and carry out any other marketing tasks.

Coordinate staffing schedule and ensure proper coverage for all events.

Maintain event schedule and availability calendar.

Maintain an inventory and The Executive Center’s bar offerings.

Plan and coordinate events that the Executive Center hosts.

Managing all aspects of facility, including: set up/break down of furniture and/or equipment for events and programs as needed (tables/chairs, stage, etc.).

Complete other duties as requested by President, General Manager and/or other leadership team members.
Basic Qualifications

Flexible availability on nights and weekends

Utilization of computer programs/software/email

Two years or more of related experience preferred
Work Schedule/Availability Requirements

40 hrs./week work schedule.

Must be able to flex weekly work schedule to cover possible events before and/or after business hours and weekend events.
Salary Range
$38,000 - $43,000 per year
